I am starting a new category – and possibly a new blog about “The Office.” I love this show!  I know every office has many similarities to Dunder Mifflin’s Scranton office, and Michael Scott is always cued up to the most up to date office management styles.  Can you detect my sarcasm?  While the show seems almost too real on occasion (maybe it reminds me of some places I’ve worked before); I have read that the entire show is scripted…every joke, every glance at the camera – everything.  I’m not sure the direction this part of the blog will take, but I anticipate some discussions on episodes, getting caught up on the first, second, and third seasons, as well as entire posts just on some of the quotable “Michael Scott-isms”.  While the show is a parody on the typical day at work, there are usually some cool points we can take and direct towards our own work lives.  So I guess this won’t be totally off-topic from the rest of my blog posts.  It should be a fun addition to my other blog posts.  We shall soon see.
